About Candidate

I am writing this to express my keen interest in the Trainee Estate Agent position. I am currently a second year adult nursing student but I am looking to peruse my career in property as it is and has been a keen interest of mine for many years.

As a second-year Adult Nursing student at Edge Hill University, my drive, adaptability, and diverse work experiences make me a strong fit for this role.

My background in health and social care, including over 100 hours of experience with children aged 12 months to 4 years and working in a dementia care home as a support worker, has honed my interpersonal skills and ability to understand clients’ needs.

During my university placements in Urology at the Royal University Hospital and the Acute Stroke Unit at Wigan Infirmary, I developed excellent communication and problem-solving skills, which I believe will be valuable in the real estate industry.

Furthermore, my time as a teaching assistant at St Marks C.E. Primary School and my role as a support worker at Berkeley House Care Home showcased my dedication and adaptability to various job roles.

My passion for helping others and building meaningful connections extends beyond my studies, as evident from my current role as a support worker at Montrose Hall Care Home.

I have attached my CV for your review, and I am excited about the opportunity to discuss how my skills and experiences can contribute to your success.
