Guardian Recruiter
Guardian Recruiter / Letting Agent / Estate Agent. Our client manages and secures both commercial and residential buildings by occupying them with residential property guardians / short term tenants across the UK. The Guardian Recruiter / Letting Agent / Estate Agent will work with individuals or couples with no dependents or pets and will market, promote and sell the concept of property guardianship to potential occupants in the London area and in doing so will conduct viewings, check ins, check outs. This is predominantly a sales role.
The Guardian Recruiter / Letting Agent / Estate Agent will:
Advertise properties on portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, Spareroom etc
Receive and respond to incoming emails, qualifying leads, assessing suitability
Fully understand surrounding administrative processes around the vetting of guardians
Log general repairs and minor installations at properties including lock changes etc
Ensure buildings are ready for occupation
Take photos for marketing purposes
Ensure units are cleared
The Guardian Recruiter / Letting Agent / Estate Agent will need:
Suitable relevant experience
Clean UK drivers licence
To be presentable and professional
Flexible approach to work
Strong time management, reliability etc
Good IT skills
The Guardian Recruiter / Letting Agent / Estate Agent salary is £26-30k, use of pool car for viewings and benefits
