Lettings Manager

£28000 – £40000/annum
Our clients, a successful independent Estate Agency, are looking for an experienced and ambitious Lettings Manager to join their office in Ashford.
The client is looking to build on the current lettings business to further increase market share and company profit.
The successful Lettings Manager will monitor the Lettings team, overseeing the process to ensure that all procedures are adhered to and apply any support if needed
Working hours:
As a Lettings Manager, you'll be required to work full time including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
Our clients are offering the successful Lettings Manager:
Up to £29,000 Basic (Depending on experience)
£40,000 OTE
3 month guarantee
Company Car or Car Allowance

Key responsibilities included in the role of a Lettings Manager:
Attending valuations and negotiating prices with Landlords
Driving business by continually expanding property portfolio
Managing the office and team
Setting team and branch KPI's
Providing support through 1-2-1's, morning meetings and checking in with the team regularly
Meeting/ exceeding personal and business targets
Maintaining a strong relationship with all Landlords to help you acquire a future business with them
To be considered for the role of Lettings Manager you must have the following requirements:
At least a years of Lettings management experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills
Target and performance managing skills required
Able to work in a fast-paced target driven environment
Excellent Customer Care
