Responsibilities – Lettings Negotiator

Booking and conducting viewings
*
Signing up new landlords
*
Processing tenant applications
*
Processing move-ins/move-outs
Required Skills – Lettings Negotiator
*
Minimum of 2 years' experience, preferably including HMO & Student lettings
*
Computer literate
*
Knowledge of the local area
