LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR

£22500 – £24000/annum
VACANCY – LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR, STREET
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join our clients team at their Street office. Ideally we are looking for a customer focused individual with existing experience in the property industry to join our clients team.
Ideally previous experience in lettings but if you have recruitment, estate agency or hospitality we want to hear from you as these industries have great transferable skills
You will be responsible for:
Greeting clients, and being the first point of contact for the office
Registering and qualifying new applicants for property
Liaising with applicants and landlords
Generate, arrange and carry out viewings
Oversee the referencing process
Generate and carry out Market Appraisals and move ins
Generating paperwork for the letting of property, including letters, tenancy agreements and inventories
Completing administration associated with the letting of residential property, including updating our CRM system
Duties will vary day to day, and you must be flexible in your approach to work, supporting wherever possible with tasks associated with the lettings of property.

Hold a UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle of work (necessary for role)- Mileage paid 45p p m
Have excellent communication and customer service skills
Be confident in the use of IT
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Existing experience working in the property industry desirable
Hours of work: Full time hours, to be worked Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, plus alternate Saturdays 9.00am to 1.00pm, with a half day in lieu for each Saturday worked.

They support with professional qualifications. ARLA is the recognised body for lettings legislation, and they support with providing training material, and cost of exams to become ARLA L3 qualified. A This would discussed/provided after successful completion of probation period. But a great opportunity for someone to gain a qualification alongside their employment, and a great way to help develop the knowledge needed to progress within the industry
