Do you have Project Manager and Real Estate experience, and are you seeking a new job? Siemens Healthineers is looking for a full-time Project Manager (Real Estate – UK, Ireland and Europe), and the flexible role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.
As a Project Manager (Real Estate – UK, Ireland and Europe), you will be responsible for all location real estate services across multiple European locations, maximising operational delivery. You will also act as a Project Manager for pre-opening activities, including planning, tendering, design, construction and relocation.
In this role you can expect to:
Create a culture of continuous improvement with contractors to maximize performance, reviewing KPIs regularly
Define facilities services considering the customers and real estate requirements from the planning phase to completion, ensuring compliance with operational quality, timing and budget within the respective guidelines and regulations
Manage all small-works projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring assets are appropriately maintained, and failures/costs are minimized
Devise, implement and manage asset management plans
Prepare comprehensible annual management budgets in conjunction with Real Estate Finance and businessesTo apply for this role, you will need 5+ years of location management, project management and contractor leadership experience in the real estate environment. You will also require the following:
Experience managing facilities services in office/R&D sites
Ability to lead maintenance and fit-out projects
Experience participating in large-scale construction projects in Europe
