Property Manager
Property Manager – Stockport
Salary: £25-30k Basic Salary Negotiable Basic (Candidate dependent)
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
1 in 4 Saturday 9am – 4pm
You’ll need to be very organised to ensure service levels are maintained across the portfolio of 150.
Delivering property management in line with company policies and issuing of lease contract(s)
Dealing with inquiries from tenants reporting maintenance issues, logging on the system – Alto.
Managing internal maintenance team, making appointment for repair & maintenance issues prioritizing in accordance with Health and Safety requirements.
Procurement of external contractors, preparing & agreeing specifications with external contractors in line with company quality standard.
Maintaining and monitoring of compliance (gas certs, electric certs, EPC certs, Legionella certs, asbestos certs, etc).
Issuing of all relevant notices (section 8, 20 & 21) to repossess leasehold properties
