This is a great opportunity to join a leading, international Property brand. They are looking for an experienced Property Manager for their Property Management team based in West / South West London. This is an exciting role with the opportunity with a large property management department so there will be many opportunities for fast progression.

Property Manager key duties:
* Arranging gas safety checks
* Booking pre-tenancy works
* Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
* Dealing with deposit claims and release
* Serving Section 21’s
* Registering deposits
* Dealing with maintenance enquires
Property Manager package:
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm and Flexible working
Up to £36, 000 plus bonus of up to £2,000 per annum
