Property Manager Team Leader 

W5, Ealing Broadway, Greater London

£40000/annum

An experienced Property Manager Team Leader is required to join our client's leading provider of shared accommodation for professionals across South West London. With over 6000 professional occupants, the company has experienced significant growth in the last three years and is very excited about building for the future.

The main purpose of the role:

The Property Manager Team Leader will assist the Head of Operations in the smooth and consistent running of the Operations department. They will be the first point of contact for any escalated complaints from the property managers with the view to resolving them to a resolution for all parties. They will also be responsible for the execution of any house set-ups and hand-backs, ensuring these are completed to budgets and to set timescales. You will also be required to maintain the portfolio should any team member be off sick or ill in the department.

Principal accountabilities and responsibilities:

* Troubleshooting Property Management issues by collaborating with landlord and company knowledge and expertise.

* Head of Ops to set the team deadlines on when actions need to be completed and lead the meeting

* Be the first point of contact for any escalated complaints from the propertymanagers with the view to resolving them to a resolution for all parties

* Leading the execution of the portfolio onboarding and offboarding process across house hand-backs and new house onboarding within the group

* Assisting the Head of Operations with training any new starters and ongoing training and development in the Ops team

* Making arrangements for any conditions of offer for any newly agreed room lets

* Room checks (checking reports and assigning tasks to the Property Managers if action is needed)

* Covering during the Property Manager's Sickness and holiday

The ideal candidate will have:

* Ideally 3 years of experience in property management and a proven track record in an operational or leadership role

* Be self-motivated, diligent, and demonstrate leadership skills with a proactive approach

* Experienced with using Outlook, Microsoft office

* Ability to manage their own workload and work independently whilst leading a team

The package includes:

* £40,000 pro rata

* Part-time hours: Monday to Friday 9 am – 3 pm

* Remote work available, only 1-day a week in the office required
