£25000 – £27000/annum + excellent commission
Are you an experienced property professional with a passion for sales and progression? Our client, a leading property buying firm based in Leeds, is looking for a Sales Progressor to join their dynamic team, focused on the estate agency side of their business. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in helping homeowners achieve quick house sales and managing new enquiries from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of Quick Sale leads provided daily.
Convert leads into instructions for property sales.
Manage the sales progression process from initial contact to completion.
Maintain and manage your own case files.Skills and Experience:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
Professional with exceptional organizational skills.
A background/knowledge of property/estate agency is essential.
Excellent decision-making skills.
Strong IT knowledge, including proficiency with Word and Excel.
A confident and professional telephone manner with a high level of attention to detail.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
