Real Estate – Development Senior Associate
Bournemouth
£60000 – £75000/annum
If you are a passionate and ambitious Real Estate Lawyer, I have a rare opportunity for you to join a market leading law firm as part of their Real Estate department, assisting with her development.
You will get the chance to act for a number of high profile residential and commercial clients as part of an Nationally recognised Firm renowned for bringing work from both public, private and charity sectors.
The Real Estate department itself has won numerous awards and is recognised as a Top performing firm in the UK by the likes of Chambers and The Lawyer.
You will instruct on high ticket work amongst a wide range of matters in the Investment and Development Practice within their Real Estate group.
Your work will include
Involvement in all property aspects of development and regeneration schemes;
Real Estate finance work including preparing CLLS certificates of Title and managing conditions precedent
Undertaking a mix of property work for developers, institutional and private investors, large property companies, government bodies, and local authorities
Portfolio acquisitions, disposals and asset management;
Project management and working with other specialist teams on more complex matters;
Building and maintaining and where possible initiating effective client relationships;
Active participation in and, where appropriate leading, marketing initiatives;
Running own files;In return you will receive a market leading salary starting from £50,000 amongst a generous and competitive package including: Pension, holiday buy/sell, childcare vouchers and flexible working and hybrid working
To be considered you will need:
Qualified solicitor of minimum 6 years PQE
Proven ability to take responsibility, manage and progress matters independently where appropriate;
Strong client focus and a commitment to service delivery;
Commercial awareness;
Solid academic record;
