Alecto Recruitment is recruiting on an exciting opportunity for an established client of ours who are specialists in construction across both commercial and residential properties.
Due to continued growth and new developments, they have an exciting opportunity available for a Property Manager.
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
The Position:
Managing our clients portfolio of both commercial and residential properties
Implementing new tenancy / heads of terms for commercial LET agreements
Implementing new tenancy agreements for residential LET's.
Gathering pricing and quotations of repair works and maintenance works to be carried out
Conducting viewings of properties
Advertising vacant properties
Completing property inspections
Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced property manager
Ideally you will have experience managing a portfolio of properties across residential and commercial
Ideally have knowledge of commercial property legislations along with terms of business
Experienced with property viewings
Experienced completing property inspections
Advertising of properties that are vacant
We are seeking someone with strong administrational skills as the position will also provide support to the senior management team.
General duties may also include administrational and office duties.
