Sales & Lettings Negotiator

£21000 – £24000/annum £21-24000 Basic + Commission
This agency is all about giving an honest transparent service to Landlords, tenants, Developers, buys and vendors.
Seeking a fun and dynamic individual who will bring a unique edge to the team. Someone who has a clear passion for the Property market.
£21,000 – £24,000 Basic Salary + Commission – Re-Sale and New Build Stock
Responsible for the sales and lettings, working a monthly Team target.
Meet, greet and welcome customers into the office and properties.
Register applicants, vendor, buyers and book valuations for the branch manager.
Operating with new home developments and growing the re-sale market share for the company in Sale and surrounding areas; you will be well accustomed to the local area.
You will get your kicks from being a top tier Estate Agent who conducts viewings, negotiates and progresses sales.
On the lettings, you only conduct viewings and agree lets, the management team will take care of the rest!
Your will make mortgage and solicitor referrals where appropriate.
Become embedded in the local community Hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm
Every other Saturday 10am-4pm (Day off in Lieu)
