Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a new role in North West London? Then our client has a fantastic opportunity to join their growing business as a Senior Property and Repairs and Maintenance Manager in Block Management
Our client is a Landlord and Developer business established in 1993, they are stable, growing and pride themselves on their open, friendly approach.
In this role as a Senior Property Portfolio Manager you will work within a team of 3, collectively responsible for a portfolio of around 200 residential properties. Being part of a small team, you will have the ability to tailor your role to your way of working.
Your role will include managing contractors, procuring repairs, maintenance and refurbishment work, dealing with tenant queries and repairs, issuing service charge and Ground Rent demands, and ensuring legislative and health and safety compliance. There will also be repairs and maintenance work on the residential Portfolio.
The ideal candidate will be intelligent, articulate, focussed and have 4 years experience in Block management and repairs and maintenance and have solid educational background ideally a graduate.

UK Driving licence and use of car
The ideal candidate will also:
Have a proven record for cost control
Be self-motivated and able to work without supervision
Have excellent written and oral communication skills
In return, we can offer you:
A basic pay of up to £45k
10% discretionary performance-based bonus

This can be done at the end of the financial year, or quarterly, or a mix of both.
Office hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday (No Weekends). You will handle emergency calls only out of hours. Might be better to do a rota system rather than one person responsible for it?
