Salary £20,000 – £23,000 (depending on experience)

Our client, who is a reputable local Estate Agency are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team.
To provide administrative support to team members
Answering phone as required and dealing with queries where possible, and/or taking accurate messages
Archiving electronic records and files and general file administration
Be responsible for general office housekeeping
Liaising between vendors/landlords and applicants/buyers
Updating our software system
Liaising with credit referencing agency
Keeping negotiators abreast of what’s going on.
A polite, well-mannered individual
Previous administration experience
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Good telephone manner
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent attention to detail
Good team player
Excellent administration and time management skills
Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office, databases, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
