Location – work from home (patch based – East Anglia)
£30,000 – £35,000 basic salary / £45,00 OTE (year 1) £55,000 OTE (year 2)
Crux have taken on an exciting role with a revolutionary conveyancing firm who have taken the property industry by a storm and change the way in which conveyancing is done. This firm has many USP’s to the business which is why they are the ones to watch.
Our client has a fantastic business model of modernising conveyancing processes and boast an impressive 30 day turn around!
This role will be on the road / working from home speaking to Estate Agency business owners selling them the idea of using this particular conveyancing service.
Develop new business opportunities at all stages of the sales cycle .
Work effectively with Decision Makers to develop long term strategic relationships.
Prepare and present powerful and persuasive sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of the company.
Develop and maintain a deal pipeline to continuously grow the business and generate sales.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support requirements.
The ideal candidate will be
Someone well-connected within the property industry
A strong Estate Agency background and knowledge so that you can see and really sell the benefits that the conveyancing firm have to offer.
B2B sales experience it is also beneficial but not essential.
A high performer with a track record of securing profitable new business.
Outstanding communication and networking skills across a variety of channels
