Recruiting for estate agents should be simple, we know there are large job boards out there, indeed, reed, etc however the research we have done is that whilst you will get applicants for roles using these sites generally give high amounts of low-quality candidates. Candidates are almost passively applying for hundreds of roles at a time that they are not interested in. From a recruiting standpoint, this leads to wasted time sifting through hundreds of applicants who are not a good fit for the role.
Using a dedicated job board for an estate agent will give you a higher quality applicant who is genuinely interested in the industry and actually wants to be an estate agent. Furthermore, if you are a company or recruiter looking to hire experienced agents you can search CV’s on some sites but there isn’t a catch-all target search meaning again wasted time and potentially paying out on multiple sites when you can just use one dedicated to the industry you are looking to hire in.
