Simply put, we have adopted the American style of Real estate. What this means is the agent you will be dealing with will be a self employed business owner and will live in the area in which they operate. This agent will get up to 10 times the commission they would receive from the traditional estate agency offices. Giving the agent great incentive to sell as well as not having to sell so many properties this in turn gives the agent more time to give a personal bespoke service and actually actively sell properties.
