Trainee Lettings Negotiator – Battersea

Location: Battersea
Basic Salary: £22,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £60,000 – £80,000
Commission Structure:
10% commission up to £200k target
20% commission beyond target
Quarterly bonuses
Car Allowance: £300 per month (Having your own car is preferred, but not essential)

The Ideal Candidate:
Ideally a university graduate
Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not required
Energetic, enthusiastic, and a team player
Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to succeed
Possesses a car (preferred) for travel within the area
Committed to providing exceptional client service and maintaining a high level of professionalism

Responsibilities:
Proactively generate new lettings opportunities through networking, prospecting, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects
Conduct property viewings and negotiate terms with tenants and landlords to secure agreements
Ensure high standards of customer care at all times, representing the company with integrity and professionalism
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the internal CRM system
Work closely with team members to maximize productivity and achieve sales targets
