About the Role:
An exciting property manager position has arisen to join a rapidly growing SME in the property management sector.
The Client:
Our client is a investment firm specialising in property investment, development funding, asset and property management. Seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of commercial properties
Take ownership of service charge budgets
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and landlords
Coordinate maintenance and repairs
Prepare and review financial reports
Ensure all properties are compliant with relevant legislation
Proactively identify and implement process improvements Requirements:
Proven experience in property management
Strong financial acumen and an understanding of service charge processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
