Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day management of a mixed-use commercial property portfolio.
Manage tenant relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
Drive and deliver on key property performance metrics, including financial performance, lease renewals, and strategic asset management.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving operational efficiencies and driving growth.
Provide advice and support on strategic property decisions to senior management. Candidate
Proven experience in commercial property management, preferably client-side.
Strong understanding of property management processes, tenant relationships, and financial performance.
A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
