Description
Property Listings – Create and manage property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions and photos.
Client Interaction – Communicate with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing advice on buying, selling, or renting properties.
Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers or tenants.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and prices between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Market Analysis: Analyse market trends to provide clients with up-to-date information on property values and rental rates.
Documentation: Handle the paperwork involved in property transactions, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
Customer Service: They provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues that arise during the buying, selling, or renting process.Profile
