Purplebricks has recently announced we are moving to a fully employed model for our sales team of local agents around the UK.
The last year highlighted the challenges of being self-employed for many people – and we’re excited to be moving to a fully employed sales model which will give more certainty and security for everyone in the Purplebricks team. As well as all the usual employee benefits, our local agents will receive a highly competitive salary, uncapped commission and still be able to work from home and benefit from flexible working.
This is an exciting step forward for Purplebricks and will give us a launchpad for the next phase of our growth – as we work to deliver our vision of making ‘every home move amazing.
Local Property Agent
Due to the incredible number of valuations being requested by our customers, we have more opportunities for you to join our busy pro-active team at Purplebricks.
As a Local Property Agent, you will be the face of Purplebricks, and be responsible for enhancing our buyer’s and vendors’ journey by offering knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient customer service, with an overall target of making every home move amazing!
Working closely with Local Property Partner and reporting to Senior Property Partner/Area Director (dependent on area size), you will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with both vendors and buyers, whist managing client expectations and providing a knowledgeable service. A successful LPA will utilize data and technology to showcase our customers’ most valuable assets, whilst maximizing opportunities to sell the full range of Purplebricks’ products and services, with the goal of making the mission of Purplebricks being the only place where customers come to buy and sell their homes- a reality.
Your responsibilities will be to carry out viewings, open houses and sell ancillary products, whilst upholding the principles and cultures of Purplebricks. You will follow up with potential buyers after viewings and take them through the offer process, manage customer relationships and customer contact post-instruction as well as identifying and converting property buyers to PB sellers.

An interest in the local property markets and market trends
UK clean driving license
