Job Description

Our client, a market leader within the London New Homes market is actively looking to bolster their Sales team. Based in Central London, you will be operating and selling across a wide range of developments.

If you’re looking to take your first step into property, our client are open minded on your experience and would be interested in you if you have recruitment, door to door sales, retail or hospitality experience

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective buyers, providing detailed information on available properties.
Conduct property viewings and showcase the unique features and benefits of each home.
Negotiate and finalise sales
Build and maintain strong relationships
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all clients.

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales
Resilient and self motivated
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

This role will be paying upto £25k Basic Salary & £60k+ OTE in Year 1.
