As Chief Operating Officer, I have handled projects, operations, administration, upkeep and maintenance, construction, diligence, legal and contracts, stake holder management and finance for a portfolio of over 56 properties which include residential accommodation, student accommodation, retail, offices, storage, hotels and heritage properties.
I have also managed end to end projects for construction of airfields, multiplexes, boutique hotels, residential accommodation and office complexes.
Besides this, I have handled operations, facility management, logistics & supply chains, security, compliance and audit while handling teams of more than 650 personnel.
