I come to you as a high achiever with over 15 years’ experience of working within large organisations in the education sector, in both operational and strategic management positions. I have a proven track record of contributing to the successful development of the organisation by improving processes and strategies.

Having led student support, student recruitment, communications and advice and guidance services for over ten years, I have developed, through hands-on experience and academic study (MA Business Management), appropriate knowledge, strategic thinking and management skills that leave me in a strong position to have immediate impact and ultimately be successful in this sector. I am an accomplished leader who champions teamwork, understands how critical good communication is and who has led structural change. My current position as Vice Principal sees me as the senior lead for student experience, student recruitment, college profile, marketing and communications, as well as all student support services, our FE Students’ Union, admissions, sports academies and commercial facilities, academic skills and library centres and our work on educational gains for our HE learners. All these services are highly valued both by students and other stakeholders, but also on a national scale having led on several bids which seen these areas achieve national recognition.

Throughout my career I have thrived on being able to work not only with internal colleagues, but also colleagues within the wider sector and other stakeholders. These relationships include schools, employers and the community at large and establishing “symbiotic relationships” that contribute to the organisation. I believe these skills would put me in a strong position to have immediate impact as an estate agent.

I have come to a stage in my career path, where I am looking for a new challenge, one that I will have more control of and one where I feel more empowered to be responsible of my own outcomes and rewards. I know I bring the the right attitude to succeed in this industry and have developed an ability to combine strong interpersonal skills, with a sales and target driven desire.

I am extremely ambitious, have a strong willingness to learn and develop, as well as priding myself on my resilience, perseverance to the task in hand and ultimately delivering results. I am confident that I would be able to bring an innovative and entrepreneurial approach to the role and albeit something new, I hope you can see that my skillset is transferable and one that can add value to your organisation.
