A confident, motivation driven person with excellent interpersonal skills.  I have worked in the property industry for 12 years, owning, renovating, and letting my own properties around Sunderland and Hartlepool.  I currently own 4 properties in Sunderland which I manage myself through my own company, Stonehouse Cooper.  I price my properties to the market, and conduct all viewings and compliance requirements myself.

I have found my career in the property industry to be incredibly fulfilling, and I am extremely enthusiastic about property and the property market.  I am looking to expand my knowledge and experience in the industry and diversify and translate my knowledge of lettings into the sales portion of the property market.

Being the face of my own business, I am very aware of the importance of maintaining good relationships, and demonstrating good interpersonal skills with clients.  I always like to make a good first impression with potential clients, which often translates into a good relationship going forward.

As a business owner, I need to be highly self motivated, as well as diligent with my time keeping and organisation.  This includes being punctual for appointments, transparent with my communications, and being flexible with the hours I work in order to put the client first.  I use online software to list all of my properties, while completing all photographs, descriptions, measurements and floorpans for the property listing myself.  I have a variety of experience with photography, including having my own cameras, and completing walkthrough videos for virtual house viewings.
