Home based Property Manager
Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire
£33000 – £37000/annum
One Property Recruitment are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a national Residential Managing agent. If you are looking to further your knowledge and experience, this would be the right role for you! My client can offer support with career development and industry qualifications. The portfolio is North Yorkshire region and would be with a varied range of clients giving you the opportunity to expand on your experience. Core duties include:
* Managing a North Yorkshire portfolio
* Managing section 20 processes
* Managing and setting budgets
* Attending AGM’s
* Overseeing resident queries
* Managing maintenance & projects
* Upholding excellent customer service

Due to the complexity of the portfolio you will need to have;
* At least 3 years leasehold experience
* IRPM qualified (ideally)
* Have excellent communication skills
* Highly organised
* Work to own initiative
