LAND MANAGER – Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Twickenham, TW1

Salary: OTE £80k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, skilled and charismatic Land Manager to work for a highly professional, independent housebuilder.

This role will be actively seeking land and development opportunities within a reasonable reach of West Greater London.

It will also involve assisting with managing the Land and New Homes projects for the company.

You will need to have experience in Land sourcing, Acquisition, Planning, Development, New Home Sales and in dealing with Estate Agencies and Home / Land owners.

You will need to be passionate, energetic and enthusiastic, patient and the type of individual who seeks out opportunities.

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in Land and New homes or have extensive Estate Agency experience.

Skills: The skills required for thisLand Manager (Land & New Homes) role will include:

• Previous experience in Land acquisition and New homes
• Have a knowledge of the geographical area
• Understand planning law and development costs
• Be self- motivated and ability to work autonomously
• Have strong negotiation and selling skills
• Excellent networking & people skills
• Good organisational skills

• Full Driving License essential

• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
