Lettings Agent
Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire
£21000 – £22000/annum bonus
My client is looking for an experienced Lettings Agent on a pernanent basis, the role is on a permanent basis, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
The Role
Registering tenant details and matching them to available properties
Source available properties and book property appraisals
Carrying out accompanied viewings with tenants
Negotiating rent terms and liaising between tenants and landlords
Dealing with all Properly Management enquiries from both Landlords & Tenants
Coordinating and booking maintenance works
You will already be an experienced Lettings professional, but this is not essential as full training will be provided
Keen to secure an outstanding candidate who wants to develop a career within the business for the long term
Must have clear passion for property and a good knowledge of the local area
Strong negotiation skills
A proven track record in Residential LettingsMonday to Friday 9am to 5pm
