£30000 – £34000/annum holiday pay, pension, free parking
Full time – Office Based – Chingford
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
£30-34,000 per annum plus company benifits.
Private Lettings Negotiator
Duties:
* Liaise directly with landlords and tenants.
* Procure new properties.
* Advertise properties across relevant channels.
* Manage rent deposits and collections, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met.
* Advise landlords and tenants on tenancy agreements and property maintenance.
* Work closely with clients.
Requirements:
* Must be ARLA registered.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in lettings management.
* Proven track record in rent guarantee insurance.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
