Property Manager – Office Based – Marylebone – c£45k
We’re working with a highly respected, long established firm of Chartered Surveyors, Valuers and Project Managers who cover all aspects of residential property from agency to block management.
Within their established and successful Block Management team, they now seek an experienced Property manager as follows:
* Working fully office based (no home working) in Marylebone, so ideally living within 40 mins commute.
* Covering the full range of Block Management duties from handovers to budget setting, insurance provision and major works.
* Excellent technical knowledge and service mentality essential
* Strong career path for those keen to progress to senior status
* 20 London sites with full support from 2 x assistants
* Salary negotiable according to experience and qualification but likely to fall in the range £40-50k to start
Suitable Property Managers (in addition to meeting the above criteria) will come from a stable career background and prefer independent practice over corporate agency.
