Property Manager

Property Manager / Senior Property Manager – London/Herts (Hybrid) – £40k – £50k + Benefits
My client is a well-established, highly reputable firm of chartered surveyors specialising in residential block management across the South East.
As a result of both newly won and pipeline developments coming into management, they now seek an accomplished Property Manager / Senior Property Manager as follows:
* Working mostly from home (4 days per week) reporting into a Hertfordshire office once per week on a Thursday
* Overseeing a small, compact portfolio comprising (Apply online only) units in London with the usual property management duties from budgets to insurance and major works as required
* 2 – 5 years’ block management experience essential
* TPI or RICS beneficial but training can be given where required
* Friendly, vibrant and welcoming team with modern offices
* Best suited to Property Manager’s keen to apply their block management experience in an independent, quality focused setting.
The successful Property Manager can expect a starting basic salary in the region of £40k – £50k with 25 days holiday (plus public) and health / wellbeing benefits.
