Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of residential properties from start to finish
Handling maintenance requests and coordinating repairs
Conducting property inspections and producing detailed reports
Managing tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
Ensuring all properties comply with current legislation and safety standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar property management role
Strong understanding of lettings regulations and compliance
Full UK driving licence
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Confident communicator with a customer-first approach
Ability to work independently
