£23/hour Umbrella / CIS
A 3 months+ opportunity for a Social Housing Property Manager has arisen with our client in Swindon.
Job Purpose:
Responsibility and accountability for overseeing the day to day delivery of all Property Service activities within a patch, Provide the entire maintenance service including the direct delivery of repairs through a team of multi-skilled trades persons. Be accountable for business delivery and performance management of the patch Drive optimisation of the front line to make it easy, get it done first time and communicate with our customers.
Skills and Experience:
Compliants Management.
Property Maintenance.
Property Surveying.Hours of work are 9am till 5pm, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
