Trainee Mortgage Advisor
Swindon, Wiltshire
£50000 – £72000/annum

Our clients are a directly authorised, successful mortgage brokerage. They have a nationally based team of brokers and are currently seeking to appoint a trainee mortgage broker to work from home in the above area. This is a self-employed field-based client facing role.
To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria.
* Hold for Cemap or equivalent
* Have a background with sales within a related consumer facing environment
* You must have an open mind to training and development. Our client will provide you with both the initial and ongoing training together with a mentor in order for you to have the best chance of succeeding.
* Must be prepared to work 4 evenings per week on average
* Posses a can-do mentality together with a genuine desire to achieve a significant income
They will provide you with qualified appointments, our client has a substantial quality lead source and a highly professional vetting process including a comprehensive pre advice fact find, suitability checks and pre interview calls, all geared to ensuring the appointments they provide you with are of the highest quality. Typical clients tend to be prime re mortgage with the majority being business owners or self-employed.

* The company spent on average £3,500 per month per adviser on providing appointments for them.
* Average fact find completed to sale in 2022 was 52%
Whole of market lending and state of the art point of sales technology will ensure that the OTE of £50,000+ is realistic and achievable in the first year.
Earnings for the average experienced broker in 2022 was more than £72,000
